Mars - the Red Planet

We all grew up with stories about the little green aliens that live on Mars. The only color related to Mars is red that comes from the soil rich in iron oxides, which also gave the nickname "the red planet". Mars is the 4 Th planet from the Sun and from all the planets of our Solar system is the closest one to the conditions on Terra.
It has its own thin atmosphere and the latest expedition - Phoenix Mars Lander showed  huge amounts of ice located to the South and North pole.
This means that, in theory, life could be sustainable on the red planet with a few adjustments. Humans still haven't landed on this planet, which makes it a virgin land, unexplored yet. Mars has almost the same radius as the Earth, but it is 15% lighter. This mean that we will also be lighter with around 15% of our total body mass. After all most people will feel a lot happier on Mars just on this single issue.

It is just a matter of time till humans will colonize this planet and make it the second home of our civilization. The Earth is already showing signs of  fatigue and it is just a matter of time till the glaciers will melt, the oceans will rise and billions of people will be left homeless. Also not to mention the extinction of the natural habitats, the foreseen 10 billions humans in 2050, the starvation that already affects almost 1 billion people.
Remember:
-Alaska was bought from Russia at a rate of 4$ per km²;
- Louisiana was bought from French at a rate of 7$ per km²;
- Manhattan Island was bought by a trader for only 24$.
Just imagine an investment done at this moment could turn into a fortune for you or more likely for your kids and their successor. Become now a Martian and the rightful owner of property on Mars.
So hurry up and get a good land piece right now
